A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 1988 with 20 years experience producing Building Survey and Homebuyer Reports.
Wayne has lived in the area since 1986 and has held senior management surveying positions with Norwich and Peterborough Building Society and Travis Perkins Ltd.

Entering the property industry in 1987, as a sales negotiator, in Northampton, for a national chain, Charlie progressed through to Branch Manager. He worked in the Northamptonshire region in estate agency, for a number of years, alongside his passion for refurbishing Period properties. He then spent 11 years at the well-regarded firm of Woodford & Co Property Consultants, handling town properties and historic village and country homes. Drawing on his wealth of experience in all property matters, Charlie formalised his career by qualifying as a surveyor with RICS membership and Registered Valuer status in 2017 and was a founding director of Woodford & Co Surveying Ltd, a RICS regulated company. He joined Homesurv as a director in 2020.
